The holiday residence "Småland" is a beautifully situated house at the lake Nerbjärken. Distance to Hultsfred is 13 km and to Vimmerby / Astrid Lindgrens World is 29 km. The house is neighbour to the residence "Norrland" - you can also rent both houses, perfect for big families or minor communities.

 

The price is 5 300:- SEK per week or 800:- SEK per day if booking period is shorter than a week. Electricity, water and using the boat is included. You clean up yourself before you leave or you can book before arrival cleaning to additional 700:- SEK. If you should cancel a booking, you'll get back already paid money reduced by a bookingfee of 500 SEK. You need to have your own towels and bedsheets with you. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, thank you.

 

"Småland" is newly built in 2010 and in an excellent condition. There is both dishwasher and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc (but no microoven and neither TV!). The house has a big living room with integrated kitchen, 3 sleeping rooms with 6+2 beds and a bathroom with shower and WC, a small entrance hall and a big terrace from which you have a beautiful view over the lake. You can click here for a blueprint. The house is warmed up by electricity (only "green" current, of course). It's a perfect place for big families with many children. There are garden furnitures, boat and BBQ at your disposal. The lake ist 50m from the house, with a beach well suited for children. 2 canadian canoes are at your disposal for paddling tours (the lake is about 220 ha). You share the boats and beach with you neighbours at "Norrland". You are not allowed to fish in the lake (but there are about 30 other fishing lakes in the municipality, you buy fishing licenses at the touristoffice).

The surroundings are very beautiful and interesting, e g a well known hiking trail (Lönnebergaleden) passes just 1 mile away.
