The lovely cottage is situated beautifully at the lake Nerbjärken, 7 miles to Hultsfred and 18 miles to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens World. Enjoy a fantastic view from the living room, from the glass-sheltered veranda, from several places outdoor and directly from the lake.
Price per week is 5 000:- SEK. Boat, wood, electricity and water are included. You can rent bicycles at B&B Basebo (300 m away): 50:- a day, 25:- a day for children up to 12, free for children up to 4. Weekly fares: 250:- /125:- / free. You clean up the house before you leave or order cleaning in advance for 700:-SEK. If you should cancel a booking, you'll get back already paid money reduced by a bookingfee of 500 SEK. You need to have your own towels and bedsheets with you. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed, sorry.
The house has a sleeping room with double bed, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC, heated floor. In a separate guesthouse there are 2 more beds and guests can get into the bathroom with a separate entrance from outside the house. Click here for a blueprint. The cottage is warmed up by electricity and an open fireplace in the living room. Garden furniture, boat and BBQ are at your disposal. Fishing is not allowed right in front of the house, but you can buy fishing license for another part of the lake and for 32 more fishing lakes in the municipality of Hultsfred.

Attention: The cottage is very close to the lake, not even 20 m, and you get down by a steep staircase. Children should be good swimmers and not too young!
